UK, France and Germany Subsidiary Management Seminar 2024～Case Study on Dismissal of Local Officers

Last year and the year before, 3CS Corporate Solicitors conducted seminars in Japan on the theme of “Expanding to the UK”, mainly for Japanese companies planning to expand to the UK. This year's seminar will focus on the issue of overseas subsidiary management faced by the headquarters of Japanese companies expanding overseas.
