Haiwei joined 3CS in 2009 and since then has built up 3CS’s substantial Chinese business practice. Haiwei is a guest professor at The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and holds an MBA degree from the London Business School. While working at 3CS, he served as China advisor to the Lord Mayor of the City of London between 2018 and 2019.
